Customer Service Representative

The Company

Job Purpose:


Customer service and the customer experience. Serves customers by providing sales, product, and service information; resolving product and service problems. Creating a great customer service focused environment for our customers.

Duties:


* Customer service. Attracts potential customers by explaining of the new promotions we have, answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services, meeting with new and existing customers. 


* Opens customer accounts.

* Maintains customer records by updating account information.

* Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments in conjunction with our call center. This is not a call center position.

* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

* Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
